In Giappone si sta svolgendo l’edizione 2010 del Tokyo Toy Show. Le uniche ditte di modellismo presenti erano la Bandai e la Tamiya (che ha presentato ufficialmente i nuovi carri armati radiocomandati a 2.4 GHz) ma c’erano centinaia di toys interessanti molti dei quali legati al nostro hobby. Qui in basso una gallery esclusiva dei più interessanti come la serie di diecast e giocattoli dedicati al nuovo film Disney TRON LEGACY in sucita a dicembre.

Tweet Fantasy - Tenyo
During the Tokyo Toy Show the Japanese company Tenyo showcased the prototype of the Tweet Fantasy iXP3: a POV (Persistance Of Vision) gadget that can be connected directly to the net and display tweets in real time. The dimensions of this gadget are: 2000mm x 200mm x 63mm so it can really be used everywhere to keep following your own twitter account updates where you are away from you computer or smart phone. It will be realeased in September and at 15.000 yen (ca $150) it looks like a really nice new toy for the millions of Twitter maniacs out there.
The only doubt I got is that it looks like a POV gadget released last year so maybe Tenyo just imported this from China… Seems that Japan too changed and some companies prefer to import instead of develop a new produc from scratch.

1Tron!!! Spettacolari, li voglio tutti questi giocattoli da collezione. Non vedo l’ora che esca il film a dicembre.
