Novak wins BIG at the Cactus Classic!



Irvine, CA – March 25, 2011 – Novak Electronics is very proud to announce that the Havoc Pro SC and Kinetic Brushless Systems secured a double win at this year’s 25th annual Cactus Classic.

After Team Losi driver Casey Peck’s recent success with the Havoc Pro SC and Ballistic 550 4.5T Motor at the 2011 Nitro Challenge, the bar was set high for this event. There was no disappointment, as even in the blazing desert sun, Novak’s Havoc Pro SC and Ballistic 550 performed awesome.



Team Losi driver, Mike Truhe, used the Havoc Pro SC and Ballistic 550 4.5T Motor to power his way to victory in the 4x4 Short Course Truck Division. Mr. Truhe started 2nd on the grid, but didn’t stay there long, and took home the class win.

5949 – Ballistic 550 14mm Tuning Rotor
5122 – Mod 1 Hardened Pinion Pack (14T/15T/16T)



In the 2WD 13.5T Short Course Truck class, Tony Truman from the United Kingdom was able to work his way from 6th on the grid to the top of the podium with his Kinetic 2S Racing Brushless ESC and Ballistic 540 13.5T brushless motor. The 10-minute main event proved to be no problem for Mr. Truman. His Ballistic motor and Kinetic provided consistent power, great top speed, and an ultra-smooth throttle response that made it easy for him to keep his cool and push to the win.
