Buggysport-Racing (VP-Pro EU) and VP-Pro Taiwan split!

 

Now, after more then 5 year cooperation between the german based company Buggysport-Racing (VP-Pro EU) and the taiwan company VP-Pro, the realationship is over just now!

The Story:

Buggysport-Racing started the distribution of VP-Pro products in the end of the year 2006 directly after VP was born. With a big effort and a good selling-strategy, VP-Pro gets very wellknown, accepted and successful in the racing-scene over the complete sales area of Buggysport-Racing which was originaly Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands.

 

After VP-Pro found out in 2009 and 2010, that the current distributors in the other European countries did not work as good as Buggysport-Racing, both parties worked out a plan to make VP-Pro wellknown and successful in whole europe. After working out a good strategy and a contract both parties decided to start VP-Pro EU in beginning of 2011. This was a very good decision to have a european based warehouse and Buggysport-Racing canceled most of the old VP distributors and go on working with stronger and hard working companies. With this big effort, the new strong agents in every region and with a good strategy also in advertisment at big race-events and with fast drivers like Jerome Sartel, Dani Vega, Martin Karner and Jon Hazlewood, VP-Pro EU was able to have a really good and high selling quantity over the most areas in europe. Special thanks to all distributors, drivers and shops who was involved to make this VP-Pro EU project successful in such a short time. Now, after only one year of VP-Pro EU all is over and i´m sorry for this!

 

The Reasons:

During a meeting in end of 2011 in China between VP-Pro and Buggysport-Racing, VP-Pro tried to change the complete contract (which was originally fixed for a period of 3 years!) but we worked hard for more then 2 days to find a new contract to make both parties happy and also able to go on. But after being back in germany, VP-Pro contacted us, that they need to revise the contract again in hard way and at the end Buggysport-Racing was not able to accept the new Terms&Conditions in many many points and VP-Pro also was not willing to keep the old contract alive or to accept the new contract which was worked out and agreed from both sides just a few days before.

 

The End:

Buggysport-Racing always try to offer the best service and to make the shops, drivers and customers happy, but with the new Terms&Conditions of VP-Pro we would not be any longer able to keep our company slogan "...we support your dreams!" alive. Buggysport-Racing is sorry to give this bad news to all of you. It was no easy decision, but we are sure, that it was the right decision at the end.
